Once construction is underway, we will keep the homeowner informed. “We communicate with clients on a daily basis to inform them when the next workday will be, who will be there to perform the work and what will be done while our company will be at your location, This communication is done either through our project management app Buildertrend or with a phone call from one of our team. Renovating is always a test in patience. However, communication is key to keep everyone informed during the project!
It has been a minute since we have posted on our site. Now that we have had a moment to catch our breaths, we want to meet you Tampa! We want to design your kitchen, your bathroom, your entire house! We want to build you a new house, or just update your current house!
We are a start to finish renovation company. We love walking with you through the entire process of renovation from beginning to end. Often we are told, we dont’ have the budget for a full renovation. If that is the case we can help you with a mini renovation and do updates that are less costly to help you make your space current and refresh dated finishes and furnishings.
We also have the capacity to come in and completely gut your home. We will post photos soon of our recent New Tampa Remodel of an 8,000 plus square foot home. Some of the rooms are unrecognizable. We love to help clients with selections, design custom cabinetry and millwork, add accent walls and wine walls, and bourbon walls oh my!!
