The Siever's came to us with a dated condo seeking a full renovation....Flooring, walls were removed creating an open floor plan with a clear vantage point to the beautiful water view. The Master Bathroom size was increased to accommodate a large bathtub. Closets were built out. The beautiful blue backsplash in the White Kitchen is stunning and literally pulls the water in!
