In this Tampa Palms Home we did not have the budget to replace everything, so we worked with some of the clients existing finishes and kept the cabinets in the kitchen. However, we were able to update the kitchen cabinets with paint, new backsplash and new countertops and plumbing fixtures. We changed all of the dated paint colors from the early 2000's...yes, the time of the Sherwin Williams color blond and ivoire as well as deep burgundies and red. Using a fresh coat of Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace throughout the main living space allowed us to accent with Iron Ore and coastal colors. New furnishings, updating old furnishings, adding statement pieces and window treatments finished off this renovation. The homeowners are loving their new updated home!
