Process

The first step in our process is to meet with you in person to evaluate the scope of your renovation. We determine the best course of action, as well as address any questions or concerns you may have. We take this opportunity to get to know you, discuss your budget, and determine if we are the right fit for you!

Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we want to make sure you’re involved every step of the way. We will provide you with login credentials to our online project management portal where you can log in to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests. You will also be able to stay on top of expenses and view your payment schedule. If you have any questions or concerns during the project, easily contact us through the portal, and we will get back to you right away. Buildertrend is our project management application which is a good checks and balances system to ensure that materials are ordered and that we have your approval on all of your beautiful selections.
